Ben Parsons is a web developer/student currently living in Manchester, UK. He’s in the final year of a Computer Science degree at The University of Manchester, but he’s not such a geek really. Last year he took a year out and spent it working at Emap, a large UK-based media company. Check out his portfolio for a description of what he got up to there.
For his final year project Ben is building a web application to interface with the department’s timetabling and marks system. This is in the early stages so there are no notes yet.
Other interests include photography (a couple of his projects: Peterborough in Winter, or more recently, A Picture of Manchester), music (mainly punk and rock, and exclusively appreciation, rather than performance, unfortunately) and cooking.
